Two-time Chennai champion Marin Cilic has pulled out of the 2012 Chennai Open and appears doubtful for Australian Open. World No. 21 Cilic is suffering from a patella tendon injury. This fall, the 23-year-old reached the final of Beijing and won the title in St. Petersburg.
