Swiss Alpine coach Martin Rufener to leave (AP)

Switzerland's Alpine coach is leaving the team at the end of the season. The country's ski federation says in a statement it could not agree on a contract to keep Martin Rufener as the men's coach through the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. It has started looking for a replacement. Rufener took charge in 2004 when Switzerland was overshadowed by a dominant Austrian squad.
